HANOI ROCKS Frontman Featured In BEATS AND STYLES Video
December 1, 2006HANOI ROCKS frontman Michael Monroe has co-written the latest single, "Ocean Wave", from BEATS AND STYLES, a multi-media project run by Finland's nuttiest producers/DJs Alimo and Control. Monroe also appears in the accompanying video, which was filmed in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Watch the clip online at the BEATS AND STYLESweb site.
HANOI ROCKS will enter the studio in early 2007 to begin recording the new CD, tentatively due next fall.
As previously reported, a video interview HANOI ROCKS members with Andy McCoy (guitar),Conny Bloom (guitar; ex-ELECTRIC BOYS) and Andy "A.C." Christell (bass; ex-ELECTRIC BOYS) has been posted online at www.rocknrolltv.net (scroll down).
HANOI ROCKS earlier in the year completed work on the video for the song "Back In Yer Face", taken from their "Another Hostile Takeover" album, available on Demolition Records. The CD is the group's first album to feature Bloom, who joined the band in 2004. A seven-minute video clip of HANOI ROCKS performing on June 29 at the Woughton Centre in Milton Keynes, U.K. has been posted online at YouTube.com.
